Clever Ways to Regulate Your Endocrine System

Dec 1, 2016Posted by nameless

Almost every woman has experienced hormonal imbalance at some point in her life. The visual symptoms like acne are incessant problems for many women. But there’s hope! Here in China, we have many ways to regulate hormonal imbalances. Shanghai Ren’ai hospital gynecology director, Dr. Fang Yang, suggests three ways women can balance hormones.

1. Take a warm bath or foot soak.

Women can use the hot water from the bath as a way to improve blood circulation. A foot soak each evening is also a great alternative because it opens the veins in the feet and promotes circulation throughout the entire body. Improving blood circulation helps to regulate the endocrine system.

2. Massage

Regular massage relieves pain and stress and relaxes the entire body, which boosts metabolism and blood flow and accelerates the waste disposal. All of which help balance the endocrine system.

3. Avoid fast food

Today’s white-collar women do not have enough time to sit down and eat a balanced, healthy meal. So they often skip meals or turn to fast food. Fast food has become the main staple in the working woman’s diet. Fast food is very unhealthy and contains a lot of fat andartificial hormones. These foods are even known to cause cancer when eaten inexcess. The artificial hormones in these foods can throw the endocrine system off balance. Eating fast food as infrequently as possible is very important to keeping hormones balanced.

Dr. Yang’s above-mentioned suggestions offer some methods for regulating the endocrine system. Women should take hormonal imbalances seriously and seek to regulate them before they lead to other health problems. In addition to these suggestions, Dr. Yang also stressed the importance of maintaining a healthy mental state by avoiding stress and anger. A health mental state helps keep hormonal imbalance at bay.
