Take Care Of Your Eye
Close your eyes and imagine that you can not see anything ever after, the sky, your lover and yourself. What a dreadful thing! Poor vision makes us harder to cook, study and drive and sometimes poor vision even takes our previous lives. However, many eye problems and diseases can be prevented if caught early. Here are some tips for your eyes.
1.Eat right. Eat plenty of green vegetables such as kale, turnip greens, broccoli, cabbage, iceberg lettuce, collard greens or spinach and plenty of fruits, in particular bananas that is high in potassium and beta carotene.
2.Do eye exercises. When you start feeling eye strain, but still have some work to do, stop for a while and do eye exercises. Regular eye exercises could help you to improve eyesight and prevent eye diseases such as nearsightedness and farsightedness.
3.Wear sunglasses. Sunglasses are a must-have accessory for your eyes’ health. When you are buying, looking for the one that could block out 99-100 percent of UVA and UVB radiation. A hat offers great protection, too!
4.Always maintain high levels of personal hygiene. Clean your hands before you contact your eyes to avoid the risk of infection.
5.Have your eyes checked regularly. Some eye diseases like glaucoma usually have no symptoms in early stage. Only a thorough eye exam will catch the problem.?Vision loss usually can’t be reversed. However, if we catch problems early we can usually prevent vision loss, or at least slow its progress.
